What sort of delivery do we offer?

We currrently have a long backlog of orders in the warehouse. Orders are being temporarily being sent out two days after payment is recieved.

Most of our legal highs are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery, and will be with you by 1.00pm the next working day.

Some of our products do have a free shipping option, if you select this then goods are sent out 1st class, and you are responsible for all goods as soon as they enter the postal system. - If you are worried about this then please choose the special delivery option.

Nitrous Oxide is sent via our couriers, and will be with you before 5.30pm next working day.

Please Note..... With both these services someone will need to sign for the parcels. If you think you may have missed the postman/courier, please first look in your post for a card with your tracking number and a phone number (both Royal Mail and our couriers should leave one) - If you can't find this then please email shaz@laughterpromotions.com

Apart from Nitrous Oxide cream chargers and dispensers (which is sent 2 working days after payment is recieved) All orders should be made before 1.30pm for next day delivery, and this is a next WORKING day delivery, so not weekends/bank holiday's. - Sorry !

PLEASE NOTE: All Nitrous Oxide orders to be delivered to Northern Ireland, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly will incur extra offshore shipping costs. If you would like to enquire about these shipping costs before placing your order, please call 0117 941 5836. We regret that we are unable to ship Nitrous Oxide to Jersey. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, due to a recent increase in cases of misuse in Colleges and Universities, we are no longer able to ship Nitrous Oxide to these places. Again, we apologise for any inconveniance caused here, but we are more than happy to ship your order to an alternative address if you so wish.
