The flowers of the blue lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) may be soaked in wine (5-7 grams per bottle) for several hours before consuming the wine and the flowers.
The flowers may also be prepared as a tea, this produces a thick, amber liquid which upon being consumed creates a warm, euphoric glow.
Smoking the blue lotus flowers (pure) or in combination with other herbs is very nice. Drinking and smoking synergize well.
