Shipping.

If you choose the free delivery option, then you accept responsibility for all items in full as soon as it enters the postal system. We will obtain proff of postage, but all goods as deemed to be yours once they leave our hands.

If you are worried by this then please choose the Special delivery option as this is recorded AND insured. We certainly recommend this option for large or expensie orders.

PLEASE NOTE: All Nitrous Oxide orders to be delivered to Northern Ireland, Guernsey, the Isle of man and the Isles of Scilly will incur extra offshore shipping costs. If you would like to enquire about these shipping costs before placing your order, please call 0117 941 5836. We regret that we are unable to ship Nitrous Oxide to Jersey. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, due to a recent increase of cases of misuse in colleges and universities, we are no longer able to ship Nitrous Oxide to these places. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused here, but we are more than happy to ship your order to an alternitive adress if you so wish.

1 We have a policy of not selling Goods to any person whom we believe may be under 18 years of age or whom we believe may misuse the Goods.

2 You confirm that you are the named purchaser and at least 18 years of age, and understand that you will be committing an offence if you provide false information to us.

3 You confirm that you do not propose to misuse the Goods or to supply the Goods to anyone you believe (i) may be under 18 years of age, or (ii) may misuse the Goods.

4 We reserve the right to refuse to sell our Goods to any person who we suspect may misuse them.

5 We reserve the right to refuse to sell our Goods to any person who we suspect may supply the Goods (i) to persons under 18, or (ii) to persons who may misuse the Goods.

6 We reserve the right to refuse to sell or to limit the number of Goods sold to any person.

I am at least 18 years of age, or of legal age in my country of residence. I hereby take full responsibility for any purchases made (both now and in the future) from Herbalin Corporation. Without limiting the generalities foregoing, I am taking full liability for personal injury damages, punitive damages, lost profit or revenues, loss of use of product or equipment and any loss of property that may result from the purchase of product from Herbalin.com.

I understand that laughterpromotions offer of any items is void where prohibited, and that it is my own responsibility to check and abide by state and local laws. In addition, I understand that any seed and/or cutting and/or plant prohibited from growing in my area (as a noxious weed or otherwise) is supplied to me for non-sowing and/or non-growing purposes only, and only if it is legal for me to bring it into my area for non-sowing and/or non-growing purposes.
I will adopt and use all necessary safety precautions and will abide by all local, state and/or province and/or government regulations in accordance with the use of any product provided by this site.
In addition, I am not relying upon Herbalin Corporation in the selection or use, or instruction of proper use, of any product provided. I accept the seeds and/or cuttings and/or plants non-warranty policy which says that Laughterpromotions is not responsible for germination and/or rooting or any other matter pertaining to seeds and/or plants and/or cuttings or the resulting crop.
I understand and accept that laughterpromotions reserves the right to refuse sales to me if I communicate to them that I engaged in, or plan to engage in any misuse of our products - and that this misuse or communication of intent of misuse would constitute a breaking of this signed contract.!!
I will make no attempt to hold laughterpromotions liable for anything that may happen to a consignment while en route to my state, county, city or country, and I understand that since laughterpromotions cannot know all laws of all countries, states, counties, and cities, it is entirely my own responsibility to make certain that the items ordered are allowed in my country, state, county, and city of residence. I assume all legal responsibility regarding import and customs regulations, and I certify that my import of merchandise is legal.
