Yopo seeds (Anadenanthera colubrina) - also known as Vilca or Cebil have been reportedly known to give a DMT like effect if a few are toasted lightly then smoked in a pipe.

The trees grow in open plain areas, and leaves, bark and seeds contain DMT, 5-MeO-DMT and related compounds (Schultes 1976,1977; Pachter et al. 1959)

In Traditional South American Indian cultures Yopo is one of the most widely used Psychoactives - Along with Tobacco and Ayahuasca brews.

The traditional way to take Yopo seeds is in a snuff... This is not recommended however!...

Yopo snuff acts swiftly and violently. Reported effects include initial extreme pain in the nasal cavity and head followed by numbness of the limbs, excitement, nausea, twitching of facial muscles, hallucinations and then a deep sleep.
